What seats are shaded at Lincoln Financial Field? ›

For a shaded seat, seek out sections 106-134, C6-C35, or 207-239. Even seats in the upper reaches on the west side should be safe from the sun, thanks to the canopy covering the upper level. Seats on the east (visitor's) side of the stadium will largely remain in the sun for the majority of an early afternoon game.

Fans with club tickets will have access to the Club Lounge with upscale dining options and a full bar selection, along with a private VIP entrance. The stage is typically set up near sections 129 and 130. As a result, most Club Level sections have a side view.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, seat cushions, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

With each section containing up to 30 rows of seats, it's important to select the right row for the best experience.

Best Seats at Lincoln Financial Field

The best seats for a Philadelphia Eagles game are located in the sections closest to midfield. AKA those in the lower and club levels (and in the first few rows of the 200 level). Those sitting at the 100 level want to aim to sit above row 10.

What seats are in the shade? For those wanting to sit in the shade, most Infield Reserved seats are shaded throughout the game. As the game progresses, many Infield Box seats become shaded as well as Outfield Reserved seats. Fans can also find shade on the Budweiser Rooftop.

Bottles, cans or beverage containers of any kind are not allowed into Lincoln Financial Field. A search will be conducted at the gates to prevent these and other prohibited items from entering the stadium. Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.

The stadium features 15 escalators, including three that reach the upper seating bowl. Nine passenger elevators and three service elevators handle the needs of the event staff. The wing-like roof structure provides covering for fans in the event of inclement weather.

Mezzanine Level

This seating area is directly next to the Club sections, but ticketholders do not receive the same benefits afforded to the club seats.

Thankfully, PNC Park is designed with quite a few seats under cover. At field level, sections 101-129 extend quite far back from the field. The last 10 or so rows on both the 1st base and 3rd base lines are under cover and thus shaded. On the upper 300-level, seats toward the back are covered by the stadium roof.

As the game progresses, those sitting along the 1st base line closest to the foul pole will be the first to receive some shade. For shade seekers, sections 134-139, 433-436, and 533-537 are the best options.

Early in the game, sections 146-150 in the south end zone should all be shaded. Eventually, 100-level and 200-level sections on the west (home) side of the field will also receive some shade, starting with sections 101 and 201 and moving up sequentially.

For those wanting to sit in the shade, we offer Club Seating under a shade cover in sections 106A, 106B, and 107A. The Right Field Pavilion is partially shaded, and you can also catch some shade in the upper rows of several seating sections behind Home Plate.
